Make Money During Your Job Search

Pay your bills while you job search with a little help from Facebook, a site called Clickbank and selling other people’s stuff aka affiliate marketing.

The average job search in the United States takes 19-22 weeks. That’s a long time to try to support your family with savings or an unemployment check.

But if you have a Facebook page, here’s a way you can earn some extra cash. It’s called affiliate marketing; and one of the prime affiliate marketing sites is Clickbank.com. Clickbank is highly reputable and has been around for a long time; and they’ve just made it easier for you to make money as an affiliate marketer.

  1. Sign up with Clickbank as an affiliate. Clickbank will then supply you with an individual affiliate ID. (There is no charge for this.)
  2. Scan through the many products in the Clickbank Marketplace and find one you’d like to share with your friends.
  3. Click on the Like button at the bottom right of the Marketplace listing. ClickBank will automatically generate a HopLink to the product and post it to your Facebook profile.
  4. If any of your friends make a purchase after clicking your link, you earn the affiliate commission!

What’s so wonderful about this is that previously, it was next to impossible to be an affiliate without a website. This way, you can earn an affiliate income with no upfront costs.
